No scroll bar to switch pages easier

if I open a book I was reading I have to scroll down from the beginning till the page I was. There is no scroll bar aside that let me do it fast.

I think this scrollbar was removed when we added the right sidebar.
It also looks like people are now using the "next page" button to navigate to the next page.
We should probably look at fixing this issue, especially if it is frustrating a lot of people.
