The reason for cancellation is the price for less options compared to Adobe isn’t a great idea. Money spends a lot faster these days. Had there been a Black Friday deal I would weighed options of personal use for the money. A 90 dollar deal through Adobe, I got for 20 because of Black Friday promotions and again, with more options than Lumin.

please help me cancel my membership? I feel that the price is too expensive. Thanks

allow users to cancel the Free trial at the end of the subscription instead of canceling immediately. Users will have more confidence to try using our app without fear of losing money (on Free trial plan). They might miss removing the card and will be charged automatically. Then, they will request to refund of that charge.

Adding support for British Pounds as a payment method will make the Lumin subscription price easier to understand for people in Australia. It might also help with payment authorization rates.

Ability for users to download their receipts instead of just invoices that shows they have paid the amount due.

I dont use it regularly at all, if you can see the frequency of my documents, and it doesnt make sense to charge on monthly basis. There should be an option for adhoc usage/pay per use for users who only use the software when the need arises.

It would be great if you could do a more limited option --- say buy a said number of documents rather than a monthly or annual subscription

I need unlimited docs. Please offer a reasonable price or i'm just going to cancel and go with Adobe. Thx. We're hitting the limit every week lol. I need unlimited docs and will pay $50/month. Any more than this amount and the value is not worthwhile to me. Please let me know. I would expect to use no less than 500, possibly 1000+ per month. I don't see why anything but unlimited is even offered...it's not like there is a per-unit cost for Lumin, I would like no limit or am going to pass and find an alternative. The leverage you have here is that I am comfortable and lazy using Lumin, i've been using the product for years but am more than willing to figure out an alternative if this costs more than a negligible amount of money and does not include unlimited docs.

Lumin software did work very well.
