Given I am a frequently active user, I have certain documents that constantly need to send for the same people, THEN I want that these people can be auto displayed WHEN I invite people to sign or view my documents.
For example, I am from Marketing Dept, my marketing plans (with budget) must always be signed by My Direct Leader, Dept Manager and viewed by Accountant.
I want to always have these people when I invite people to my document without wasting time to invite them again.
