Lumin Sign Feature Requests & Feedback

We send a lot of agreements and would like to have an option to remind clients every 2 or 3 days without having to go back into Lumin Sign

It would be helpful to have the ability to write a short message to whoever I'm sending a document to for signing. This message could be visible in the email they receive as well as on the document.

I would like to provide the link to the signature to my secretariat who will be responsible for transmitting the link at the same time as the appointment reminder SMS. So 1 link common to all customers.

Sending reminders is a common request but we can currently only send 1 reminder. Can we increase this to send as many as needed

We want to apply our companies branding to the email that customers receive. We've built trust and relationship with our customers and they will be more likely to open and email from us.

When I send a document to be signed by multiple people, each person receives a notification when someone signs the document. Is there a way to set up notification so each signer does not receive a notification everytime someone signs the document? For example, Sally, Bob and Lynn have to sign a document. They all recieve an initial email to notify them there is a document that needs to be signed. When Sally signs it the sender is notified also, Bob and Lynn are notified that Sally Signed ect.. Is there a way to update notifications so when Sally signs, Bob and Lynn are not notified ect. The only person who should receive the notification is the person sending.

We had a scenario this week where the email of a client was entered incorrectly when setting up the “signers”. As a consequence, the client never received the email asking him to sign the document! It occurred to me the Lumin Sign should have received a non-delivery notification and therefore could trigger a notification to the owner of the document to “let them know”.

Is there a way to customize and have templated emails like secured signing. Ideally we would like to have this coming from our domain. Also in the email we have some links and generic t&c’s as a company ensures our agents include.
