The Lumin app lost my documents, on which I had taken numerous notes important to my college. When I select the documents already saved in the application, a message simply appears saying that the page was not found and that it no longer exists, giving me the option to return to the documents, and again, when selecting another, the same message appears. I would like this problem to be solved, as it is hindering my performance in classes.

I need to print documents directly from the Lumin mobile app. Currently, this feature is unavailable, and I have to use the desktop website to print. It would be much more convenient if I could print directly from the app, enhancing my workflow and saving time.

"When someone receives a document for signature, they should be able to fully review it before committing legally. A signature is not just a button click; it is consent, acceptance, and proof that the signer had a fair opportunity to review the document. Blocking downloads before signing creates friction, distrust, and real business problems. Many modern e-sign platforms already support some form of document access, download, or post-sign document retrieval. For example, Dropbox Sign’s signing experience specifically says a signer can download an original copy of the document from the signer page before completing the signing flow. Docusign’s support center also treats “Print and Save” and “download documents” as standard signer-support topics, which shows this is a normal expectation in the e-sign industry."

Ability to void and/or archive unsigned documents to organize dashboard

Prospect requested PayPal as a payment option as they are a Not-For-Profit which means they can't have a credit card.

When there are many annotations, search helps, either by overlays or the comments.

I want to make templates in Lumin Sign accessible to my entire team. Currently, only the owner can see their templates, which limits collaboration. It would be beneficial if templates could be shared at the Workspace level, similar to how it works in Lumin PDF, where both personal and Workspace templates are available. This would allow team members to access, use, and send templates for signatures, enhancing our workflow and efficiency.

Second if the limit of downloading 20 files at once was removed. Once we are done with a job, we want to download it and save it to our server for easy record keeping and to limit the number of files the guys in the shop have to search through to find what they are working on. And often there are more then 20 files in a job which complicates the download process.
