We run an equipment rental company and operate in high and low seasons so cash flow fluctuates. It would be great if we could pause our Lumin subscription in the low season and resume again when business picks up.

Customer wants to set documents to an 'archived' status so that users are unable to download/share/print them unless they get changed back to a normal status. I was wondering, would it also be possible to archive documents to make them count as not in use? So that these documents are not deleted, but also not able to be shared, downloaded or printed? I like to keep these documents in the Lumin storage, but they are not actively used anymore.

it has been ahell since i requested for cancellation and what annoys when i enter into my account there is no option for cancellation you on chopping my money yt not using the tool i feel so sad

We send a lot of agreements and would like to have an option to remind clients every 2 or 3 days without having to go back into Lumin Sign

For anyone that uses Okta for identity

It would be great to be able to bulk select agreements that are overdue for signing and send a reminder to relevant recipients.

I think the Default circle is a circle type and we should update it into the Circle filter. In case Admins need to query which circle is the customer's default circle, it's so helpful.

I just wanna say that I wish u can update the app that can handle large files because I always download large files (mostly ap subject). The app is great it's just your app should be able to handle large files.

I'm also dissatisfied with the services and my signature is not appearing on documents and there are multiple faults in document access.
