Enable the ability to change the color of a comment after it has been added, rather than only allowing changes via the highlighter color prior to commenting.

Hi Immediate Lemon chiffon Rhinoceros at this time, only the user who added the original comment can change the color of their comment. To confirm, would you prefer everyone in the Workspace who has access to the document to be able to change the color of the comment?
