As we continue to rollout Lumin Sign, and more staff are using, we are getting feedback. One complaint is that users are receiving too many email notifications on Sign documents—for example, one person expressed that as a viewer, they only want to know when it is completed (not as each signer completes). Another is a common second/third signer, and they only want to know when it is "their" turn (versus being notified as the document progresses through the steps).
I looked through the help documents and didn't find anything that would allow a user to customize their notification preferences; I can see that some notification customization is possible within Lumin PDF, but not in Lumin Sign.
We might perhaps be able to work with these users to set up inbox rules, but I think that might be quite tricky to get the filters correct such that nothing important gets missed.
