In our factory, it can get quite messy with employees using all sorts of funct and it can get confusing for the guys that aren't great at IT navigating the toolbars.

Can I customise say the 'popular' toolbar and just add the ones I want the guys to use?

For example signature we never use but DRAW and STAMP we do. I basically want to dumb it down so its so simple for everyone and they can't use it wrong:

Toolbar to feature: STAMP, HIGHLIGHT, DRAW, TEXT
