Implement a feature that preserves signature field configurations and recipient setups when a document is modified after initial deployment. Currently, making edits to a PDF (such as a lease update requested by a landlord) forces users to completely restart the signature workflow—re-entering recipient details and re-positioning dozens of signature boxes across multiple pages from scratch. Lumin should allow users to edit the underlying document while retaining the saved signature layout. When edits are finalized, the system should automatically void the previous document version and prompt users to send a fresh notification to all recipients, eliminating redundant setup time for multi-party agreements.
