I found the product confusing and not easy to use but I am a techno-dino. However, the customer service in managing my subscription and my unsubscribe from the app was handled extremely well. You crushed it.

Lumin takes time to learn, but is a great way to edit PDF files with a team. And customer service is easy to reach and stellar at problem solving!
