I made my edits to the pdf, clicked save, and it disappeared; nowhere to be found. After this happened multiple times I threw in the towel and deleted my account from the app.

Renewal mistake
My account accidently renewed on my employers card and I need to see if I can please cancel and just do a prorate please?

Difficult changing ink color
Changing the ink color and pen when drawing is challenging, so my drawings make it look like I have palsy.

Difficult typing
Controlling it takes a bit of work. The way you type is very difficult because you have to move the typing box where you want and it is hard to tell.

Loading/error loop on Firefox
I was trying out your platform on Firefox. I was able to register but when I tried to login I was getting a weird loop where I was getting a “Something went Wrong Screen” and a retry. The only way out was to close the window. Everything worked perfectly on Chrome.

Text fields are not showing in the downloaded pdf
When I download the pdf, the texts in text fields was hidden behind grey boxes. Those texts wouldn't show when I print the pdf
