Honest feedback:
  • With lumin sign, there just aren't enough fields and signing options needed for our docs. Dropdowns, better checkboxes, optional signers, etc. should all be there ready to go.
  • Whilst it was later explained, the initial opening into lumin pdf as my home page to build templates rather than lumin sign etc was confusing. This split makes it difficult to get to the objective: a sign-ready template that syncs to SF.
  • The signing was very buggy on mobile and different bugs occurred in different instances. For example, I'd press sign, but it wouldn't let me deselect. When I tapped elsewhere on the agreement to try and escape, it would paste the signature everywhere I tapped. Another time the signing fields just didn't show up.
  • The templates syncing to SF had its issues, and then obviously there was the progress not tracking.
  • I didn't see any areas for branded emails, which is a huge win if there.
