[iOS app] [3.3.1] I have tried multiple times to cancel the membership but every link to contact support or cancel is blank! Takes me no where. I have sent emails, no reply. This is ridiculous. I do not want my card to be charged. I want to cancel immediately!

Your app stinks. Your interface is not intuitive at all and I know I canceled that free trial yet somehow you’re still charging me and your chat bot is giving me directions to cancel that. not stop issues with loading and now makes me download app to cancel subscription then says to cancel subscription on an internet browser. Setup to make it as difficult as possible to unsubscribe. dont use this app or software.
