Suggestion to add a survey for trial signups

I would suggest implementing a brief survey during the signup process—either upfront to build trust or as part of the free trial—to better understand your users.
For context, I am 56 years old and previously had a membership that I never used, which should perhaps be a red flag for your team. This time, I simply wanted to fill out a form neatly. Your product is honestly the best I have found for PDF editing; even as someone who is not tech-savvy, I found it very easy to use.
However, users like me are often unaware that they are signing up for a large corporate package at that specific price point. I hope you continue to provide honest and excellent service.

It's great to hear your feedback on this aspect. Our team are working on adding a reminder email for when users are in our 7 day free trial.
This will make sure that if they didn't want to continue into a paid subscription, they can cancel before the trial ends.
