Unfortunately, I don't use or create many documents anymore, as I'm retired now, so I ultimately decided not to keep my account. They were very helpful and non-judgmental when I emailed to cancel my account. The whole experience was very positive and if in the future I need to use pdf documents more often, I will return to this product.
