However, I want you to know what tremendous customer loyalty you have created by reminding me that I had to decide soon if I didn't want to get charged $300. Many companies would just hope it slipped my mind, and they collect $300. You - and Lumin - are truly considerate of customers and treat them and their hard-earned money with respect.
