Lumin PDF Feature Requests & Feedback

I want to be able to share my document via email within the app.

I just wanna say that I wish u can update the app that can handle large files because I always download large files (mostly ap subject). The app is great it's just your app should be able to handle large files. Thank you

I'm just testing your application as Chrome Extension. Started from pdf in GoogleDrive, edited but when go to save I'm unable to save in folder that contain only files and not folders.

Currently if I upload the PDF from Google Drive into a Circle, it is automatically stored in Lumin. It would be great if they were kept in Drive so that anyone in my Circle can edit a document and the edits sync back to Drive automatically.

I use a new folder for every file, and this is now blocked. I have attached a screenshot, where you can see that I get a message that "The maximum numbers of folders has been reached" In Litigation, there are many back and forth correspondences between the litigant and the court. Every single correspondence is best filed with a separate folder as that is the most logical way and that is the usual practice. If Lumin limits the number of folders, it makes the platform unsuitable for legal work.

Sort files by name option instead of being limited to Last Opened sorting. (Lumin already has something like this for Folders).

It would refer to the visualization of folders in the home menu, if you have many folders the visualization will be bad. Something similar to Google Drive I think would improve the visualization for those who have many folders.

I spend too much money on this for the features to be so messed up. The main reason I use Lumin is so that I can combine multiple PDFs. Unfortunately, the editing feature where you can crop, rotate, and take pages out is so inadequate that the whole process of editing the documents became very frustrating. There is no way to undo a change in the editing, which is an absolutely necessary feature. Additionally, you should be able to delete and/or move multiple pages at once. Not only that, but every change I made would disrupt the order of the pages and duplicate pages. I had to delete the entire file multiple times. I will be searching for another platform that is more user-friendly and that does not create these time-consuming hassles.

File/folder search could be better. Search doesn’t work well with multiple terms. Key Search Principle: Search Users must not be expected to remember word order, spacing, or punctuation. A search for ‘blue dog’ doesn’t find “bluedog red100.pdf”. ‘red blue’ fails. What good does it do the user to get zero results for that? ‘Dog’ succeeds, ‘100’ succeeds, ‘dog 100’ fails.
