Normally, people rarely change their signature, so, when ppl first time log in -> ask ppl to set up signature or initial just one time. When ppl sign the document, automatically apply that signature or initial to the document, no need to open the popup to select signature for each document. Initial: Should develop a feature that allow initial automatically add to each page of document to support use case that ppl already read and confirm to that document (and ppl will sign at the place they need to sign)
