I am unhappy with the software. When trying to fill out a for its like jokingly making the text super large. Wasted alot of time. Thanks alot

I am very unhappy with the app, more than half of the time I use it it bugs, I can't do anything. That's why I started using ADOBE, but I had already been charged annually so I would like to get a refund.

There is a shift in layout caused directly after creating a comment.

I was trying out your platform on Firefox. I was able to register but when I tried to login I was getting a weird loop where I was getting a “Something went Wrong Screen” and a retry. The only way out was to close the window. Everything worked perfectly on Chrome.

When adding comments, Arabic text appears reversed, causing readability issues

It was my favorite free app for reading college PDFs because of its cloud saving and underlining and drawing tools until I noticed that auto-save was failing a lot. Once I studied all day with the same PDF and when I left and came back everything I did was erased. I can't even review my old documents anymore because everything I wrote down was erased (even though I made sure to save it at the time). Because of this, I had to look for another app to study. I don't recommend it.

Lumin requires a Lumin account. When I created one, I'd erroneously specified the wrong Google acct for "Login using Google" I didn't notice until I was ready to open a PDF file I had in my Downloads directory. But... The directory was there, but not the file. I did not see a way to change the Lumin acct to use the right Google acct, so I deleted it, and tried to create a new one. But this time, "Login using Google" no longer prompted me to choose a Google acct. The prior one was now hardwired.
