The other party has signed the document. I just need this one completed... his and my signatures are in the correct places. its the "sign here" in the screen shot I sent you that is blocking us. I did add that one. I know we are all busy, but this has been very disruptive to my day unfortunately. I can no longer get a deal across the line, which may or may not be detrimental to my firm. I will have to own this failure.
