Text doesn't show up when downloaded to PDF

Why are the text fields that I have filled in blank when I download the document as a PDF? This defeats the point of filling in text fields with your tool!

Text fields are not showing in the downloaded pdf

When I download the pdf, the texts in text fields was hidden behind grey boxes. Those texts wouldn't show when I print the pdf

I regret to inform that your LUMIN editing services are beyond bad.

It's the worst editing software I have ever delt with. Please, cancel my free trial the moment you received this feedback.
