Lumin Audit
Many of our ICP's are high compliance industries and high compliance industries have a lot of documentation. Lumin Audit could allow a business to create to-do or to-review lists for their processes, documentations etc Example A - (real life personal example) I was chairman of the board for a healthcare service provider in NZ. We had about 40 policies that were tied to some pretty complex legislative requirements. These policies had to be reviewed annually and the board had to sign off to confirm that we had reviewed them. We were also audited externally each year to ensure this was done. I would have to schedule each policy to be reviewed by the board (7 people) at certain intervals. Arrange for the documents to be sent out to everyone, they would each print them out, write down/comment their thoughts, collate changes, retype changes, resend updated docs and then print for initialling at next board meeting. I had an annual calendar appointment each year for each of the policies and when they were due. literally as horrendous as it sounds. Example B - I work in hospitality and in order to keep our license, certain hygiene things need to be done and they need to be done in specific ways. I have a set of PDF instructions on what and when that my staff use but I need to be able to know who did what so I need them to be able to sign off. the tasks etc when they are done. I also need to be able to update the PDF instructions easily when we get a new machine or new legislation comes through. I need to know that i updated the PDF and when i did this for audit purposes.
