Used your form to fill out a word document and completed the first page. Then added a signature and all my form field edits disappeared on the first page. I spent about 15 minutes adding them to the page and repositioning them so they would fit into the bound of the form. Now they are all gone and I have no way of getting them back. There is ABSOLUTELY NO EFFING WAY that I would ever buy a subscription to this service based on how the free service works. What a monumental waste of my time.

I am adding some minor feedback from my experience: When adding a signature on the desktop web app, I would like to use the “esc” tool to deselect the signature tool. Otherwise, I need to click the “Done” button, which can be stressful. I think this problem was introduced when we disabled keyboard input earlier in the year
