Before a new member can join a committee they must sign the multiple JHA (Job hazard analysis) PDF forms that are associated with that committee. Members change committees often. 1) For each volunteer we host volunteer names, email addresses, and committee names in a Google Sheet in Google Drive. 2) When someone signs the JHA form we need to send the name, committee, and date signed back to our Google Sheet 1 and 2 need to be automated because the manual reentry would be too time consuming for all committee chairmen.
