We run an equipment rental company and operate in high and low seasons so cash flow fluctuates. It would be great if we could pause our Lumin subscription in the low season and resume again when business picks up.

it has been ahell since i requested for cancellation and what annoys when i enter into my account there is no option for cancellation you on chopping my money yt not using the tool i feel so sad

Adding support for Indian rupees as a payment method will make the Lumin subscription price easier to understand for people in India. It might also help with payment authorization rates.

I dont use it regularly at all, if you can see the frequency of my documents, and it doesnt make sense to charge on monthly basis. There should be an option for adhoc usage/pay per use for users who only use the software when the need arises.

From the mobile app, can’t find my invoices to download.

I have tried to access my account on my phone to cancel my free trial, but I am unable to access my settings on my phone? Does Lumin do this purposely to make cancelling a subscription as hard as possible?

The reason for cancellation is the price for less options compared to Adobe isn’t a great idea. Money spends a lot faster these days. Had there been a Black Friday deal I would weighed options of personal use for the money. A 90 dollar deal through Adobe, I got for 20 because of Black Friday promotions and again, with more options than Lumin.

Ability for users to download their receipts instead of just invoices that shows they have paid the amount due.
