Second if the limit of downloading 20 files at once was removed. Once we are done with a job, we want to download it and save it to our server for easy record keeping and to limit the number of files the guys in the shop have to search through to find what they are working on. And often there are more then 20 files in a job which complicates the download process.

I was wondering if there’s a way to bulk download the names and IRD numbers of people who have signed our agreements. We’re currently sitting at 240 signed. We’re doing a cleanup to ensure that everyone who has signed our agreement via Lumin has been correctly synced to our IRD agency.

When my document saves, I want to choose the place it saves rather than it saving under downloads and having to move it.

Another request We'd be ready for a trial if you offered data residency for all components (database, contract storage during the signing process, and document processing) in New Zealand (preferred) or at minimum in the EU. I've confirmed that this is a requirement that we can't budge on.

I also hope that the files inside the folders can be sorted alphabetically.

We work as a collaborative group and everyone needs access to the documents we send. Having a central inbox to view status as a team would help us a lot
