Most months, I’m a light user, and the Free tier works well for me. Occasionally, I have a busier month and exceed my limits; in those cases, the Pro plan at $19 feels like the right fit. I’m comfortable paying for Pro in those months, but I don’t need team features, admin controls, or higher document limits on an ongoing basis. When I recently exceeded the free limits, the only upgrade option available was the Business plan. Had the Pro option been available at that time, I would have selected it immediately. Instead, I ended up on a plan that doesn’t really match my usage or intent. I genuinely enjoy using Lumin and would love to continue long-term with a setup that reflects this pattern: Free most of the time and Pro during heavier months. I was hoping you could advise on the best way to align my account, including how to handle the recent charge so it reflects that intent.
